Terms of use

Last updated: October 22, 2026.

These terms apply to anyone who uses Raidflag: the website, the raid board and its API, the Telegram alerts and the RaidEscrow smart contract. "Raidflag", "we" and "us" mean the people who maintain the project. By using any part of Raidflag you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

1. What Raidflag is

Raidflag is software. It has two parts: a board where communities publish raids (paid tasks to create content about a crypto asset) and raiders publish proofs; and the RaidEscrow smart contract on Robinhood Chain, which holds each raid's budget until it is paid out or refunded.

2. Testnet

Raidflag currently runs on Robinhood Chain testnet with a test token (tUSDG) that has no value. Nothing on the testnet is money, and test tokens can't be redeemed or exchanged. The testnet, the test token and its data may be reset at any time.

3. Not a bank, not an agency

Raidflag is not a bank, a money transmitter, an exchange, a broker, a payment processor or a marketing agency. It never holds your keys. Funds sit in a public smart contract whose rules nobody can override, including us: a raid's budget can only go to a raider of that raid, back to the community that funded it, or, on paid slots only, to the platform fee. Raidflag doesn't endorse any coin, and nothing on the site is investment advice.

4. Who can use it

You must be an adult who can enter a binding agreement where you live. You can't use Raidflag if you are on a sanctions list, act for someone who is, or live where using it is illegal. It's up to you to check that using Raidflag, promoting a crypto asset, and being paid in crypto are allowed where you are.

5. Communities

If you start a raid, you are responsible for its text and for the asset it promotes. You must describe the task honestly, say clearly what counts as proof, review proofs in good faith, and use disputes only for proofs that don't match the task. You must not use raids to mislead people about an asset, to manipulate markets, or to promote anything illegal.

6. Raiders

Raiders are independent creators, not our employees, agents or partners. You choose which raids to take. You must deliver original work you have the right to publish, follow the rules of the platforms where you post, disclose that your content is paid where the law or the platform requires it (for example with #ad or a paid-partnership label), and handle your own taxes. You keep the rights to your content; by submitting a proof you allow Raidflag to show the links on the site.

7. The content rule

Raidflag pays for content people make. It is not allowed to use Raidflag to buy or sell likes, follows, retweets, reposts, replies, comments, views, upvotes or any other engagement, or to run bots, spam or fake accounts. Real-world raids (when available) must be legal: no stickers, graffiti, posters or anything on property you don't own or haven't paid for or been allowed to use.

8. What else isn't allowed

Fraud, scams, impersonation, illicit funds, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, content that infringes someone else's rights, fake proofs, and any attempt to break, overload or abuse the software, the API or the contract.

9. Fees

The escrow takes a platform fee of 2% on top of each reward, only when a raider is paid. Unfilled and rejected slots are refunded with their fee. The contract caps the fee at 3%. Network gas is paid by whoever sends a transaction.

10. Reviews and disputes

A community has 48 hours after a proof to approve or dispute it; after that the raider can be paid automatically. A disputed proof is decided by the raid's arbiter, on the proof and the raid's text. The escrow pays out as the arbiter decides. If the arbiter doesn't decide within 30 days, the slot goes back to the community. The arbiter's decision on a raid is final as far as Raidflag is concerned.

11. Moderation

We can refuse, hide or stop showing raids, proofs, aliases or wallets that seem to break these terms. This never touches funds already locked in the escrow, which follow the contract's rules.

12. Risks

Crypto, smart contracts, stablecoins, blockchains and social platforms can all fail. Content can be deleted after it was approved. Platforms can suspend accounts that post promotions. You use Raidflag at your own risk.

13. No warranty

The software and the contract are provided "as is" and "as available", under the MIT license, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost funds, including losses caused by bugs, chain outages, third parties, communities, raiders or arbiters. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the platform fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Third parties

Robinhood Chain, the USDG issuer, X, Telegram, wallet providers and our hosting providers are run by third parties under their own terms. Raidflag is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Paxos, X Corp., Telegram or any coin shown on the board. Their names belong to their owners.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Raidflag after a change, you accept the new terms.

17. General

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a rule isn't a waiver of it. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply to you.
